Funding partners make every loan, lease and advance decision. Some requests are outside this site, and the examples on it are illustrations.
The role Eagleglen Funding plays between a business and its funding partners
Eagleglen Funding is a broker, not a lender. It introduces established businesses to funding partners that make loans, leases and merchant cash advances. Partners set rates, fees, terms, documents and collateral, and each partner decides on its own whether to make an offer. Eagleglen Funding approves nothing, makes no funding decision and cannot say in advance whether any offer will follow a request.
Requests outside what this site arranges
Startups without revenue, trucking companies, agricultural operations, real estate purchases or building construction loans, and personal or consumer loans are outside this site. So is work on a building or a site, the fuel side of a gas station included.
Why a merchant cash advance is a different product from a loan
What a merchant cash advance provider buys is a slice of a business's future card receipts, and it takes that slice back as sales come in or through set debits. It is not a loan: the cost is shown as a factor applied to the advance, not as an interest rate.
Where the figures and examples on this site come from
County and ZIP figures on these pages come from U.S. Census Bureau programs (County Business Patterns, ZIP Code Business Patterns, Nonemployer Statistics, the American Community Survey and the Building Permits Survey), each named with its year where it appears. Payment examples marked as illustrations use invented figures. They are arithmetic only, and no funding partner is bound by them.
